Our Massage

Here at Wellness Massage Forest Hills, we respect wherever your quest for health and wellness leads you. While on our table you will be treated by only the most tested and reliable evidence-based modalities available. Our massage draws from a variety of influences such as neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and orthopedic massage. 

All of our sessions are "Hands-On" time. A 60-minute massage is a full 60 minutes from hands-on to hands-off. Appointments are booked with a minimum of 15 minutes in between to allow for consultation and time to dress.  

Our Services

Full Body Stretch

A series of stretches that will leave you feeling renewed and revitalized! An excellent complement to support and sustain a new workout commitment. Wear athletic clothing. Available in 30 or 60-minute sessions.  

Wellness massage

A customized blend of massage styles to meet your need to relax while addressing muscular imbalances and points of tension. Your choice of pressure ranging from relaxation to medium/firm to deep. Available in 30, 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions.

Aromatherapy

Choose from one of our five blends of pure essential oils by Eden's Garden. Experience the calming or revitalizing effects of these blends designed to enhance any massage. Available as an enhancement for our 30, 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions. 

SIGNATURE Wellness Face and scalp massage 

If you have a hard time "turning your mind off" during a massage, this treatment is for you. Hot towels relax the muscles of your face, jaw, neck, pectorals, and shoulders, while you receive a gentle scalp massage. Then, massage wipes away the tension and unconscious holding. Get to know the deep meditative calm your mind deserves. Available as an enhancement for our 30, 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions. Extends session time by 10 minutes and includes aromatherapy.

Sugar foot scrub

Experience the ultimate foot exfoliation and massage. The feet are wrapped in hot towels to soften the skin and relax the muscles while aches and pains are squeezed away with firm compression. Then we exfoliate with a lightly scented sugar scrub to reveal baby soft skin. More hot towels to remove the scrub and prepare the feet for a detailed massage with rich cocoa butter. Your feet will thank you! Available as an enhancement for our 30, 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions. Extends session time by 10 minutes and includes aromatherapy.

The perfect pairing of our Signature Wellness Facial and Scalp Massage plus our Exfoliating Sugar Foot Scrub. An Hour session of pure relaxation. Available as an enhancement for our 30, 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions. Extends session time by 20 minutes and includes aromatherapy.
